Hide not your talents. They for use were made. What’s a sundial in the shade?
– Benjamin Franklin
strength (noun) \ˈstreŋ(k)th, ˈstren(t)th\:
a strong attribute or inherent asset.
The tendency most of us have when we look at our skills is to examine our shortcomings and try to improve from there. To achieve “what is possible”, our team’s approach is different. Rather than focusing on our limitations, we get closer to realizing our potential when we highlight and develop our strengths. If we take more time to reinforce and progress in what we do best, we will get better. And if we are thriving in our office, it will certainly benefit our clients.
The dental team serving you is a blend of wonderful and harmonious strengths. Daily, we maximize our talents in the workplace, giving each team member the opportunity to best use their skills. The combination of strengths we have makes our team unique.
Together, we are dedicated to improving our inherent assets, as well as what is possible. Some ways we achieve this include dialogue and continuing education: seminars, staff meetings, study groups and conferences. There is much strength in unity, and we enjoy building on this outside of work hours- which often includes wine tasting!
Having fun while at work is a key ingredient for a strong team, and we hope you sense this when you visit us.
